As we are keen to follow all Government guidelines regarding Coronavirus, our regular timetable has been postponed and all of our remaining classes will be online.

These classes will be live streamed through the Zoom.US app (worth downloading for free on the device you plan to use), the ID number for all classes is 571-363-1587 and password which is 215680

Choose Your Class Style!

Body Max

This class is for everyone, Body Max is a fast way to burn fat while building lean muscle. Body Max will put your heart rate into a zone, that enables your body to burn fat for up to 8 hours after the class. It is a total body workout using body weight and free weights.

Body Pump

Brings the gym to the studio with this fantastic group training workout. Body Pump is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Using a step, a bar and a set of weights, watch your body change and develop strength and confidence.

Boot Camp

Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout. In this class you will use a variety of training techniques with bars, kettlebells, ladders, to push the whole body to your limit!

Box

An energetic cardio workout using punch and knee strike combinations designed by Vi-Box! The best way to release tension and build fitness in a safe and fun environment!

BuggyBlast

No need for a babysitter, grab your little one, their buggy and lets go. This class will help you get back to fitness after having your little one, with exercises to focus on increasing our cardio, resistance, strength and balance. It’s a fantastic way to get fit outdoors and a chance to meet other mums.

Classes will be held outside or inside depending on the weather.

Clubbercise

A Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness class involving routines using rave glow sticks! All set  to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits, taught in a darkened room with disco lights!

Kettlebells

A fun and highly effective fat burning workout. Designed to shape and sculpt your body using a kettlebell. This class will increase stamina, strength and power. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Meditation - Second Monday and Wednesday of Month

With our meditation class you can lower your stress levels, connect better, improve your focus, and be kinder to yourself.

Pilates

A sequence of controlled, effective core based exercises using technique that corrects imbalances of your body posture. It incorporates slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso. A gentle but highly effective session for improving body posture, flexibility and preventing injury. 

Pilates 50+

A gentle but highly effective class for improving body posture, flexibility and preventing injury. Pilates can be extremely effective in correcting imbalances of your body posture by incorporating slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso.

Piloxing

These workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance. Fab motivating music!

PiYo

A high energy fusion of Pilates, Yoga and body conditioning. Set to fun and energetic music, this workout will define and tone your body, without any jumping or impact!

Power: Bells

The ultimate conditioning and strength tool! – a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle – this class will help improve strength, power, balance, flexibility and coordination. You will be taken through a wide selection of moves such as swings, clean and press, squats and jerks.

Power: Step

An easy to follow, dynamic, functional  step class. This class will help improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase your strength and give you an amazing leg workout, all set to fun tunes.

Ride

Pumping music, great people, a group atmosphere and some serious calorie burning…you’ll find all this and more.

We offer a variety of class types to keep your workout fresh and effective, but most importantly FUN! With the music spinning and your mind in the zone you’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget you’re working out. Feel the beat… Work your body.

Sunrise Yoga

Designed to awaken and open your body, our Sunrise Hatha Yoga Flow class, will help you start your week revitalised and recharged.

This slow paced class teaches you to follow your breath’s intuition, as you travel through a series of warming stretches and dynamic exploration. Whilst naturally increasing heat in the body to activate energy, and prepare your body and mind, ready for the week ahead.

Totally Shredded

Totally Shredded is one of the first HIIT and combat workouts that is inspired by Drum n Bass and Funky House Music. This class is based around fun and creating a workout that shreds inches from your body.

Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing, dynamic and uplifting practise, derived from hatha yoga. It is often faster paced, and the postures are linked together in a series of movements giving an added cardiovascular benefit.
A physically challenging class which encourages a strong connection between the breath, mind and body.

Yoga Balance

This form of yoga focuses on posture and breathing. Incorporating standing and seated poses which help promote muscle strength, flexibility, suppleness and relaxation.

Zumba®

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
