As we are keen to follow all Government guidelines regarding Coronavirus, we are slowly reintroducing our class timetable as follows.

Please note that some of our classes will still be online. To participate with Pilates, Insanity or Arms & Abs online, you will need Spotify

These classes will be live streamed through the Zoom.US app (worth downloading for free on the device you plan to use), the ID number for all classes is 571-363-1587 and password which is 215680

Class Timetable

Please Note: We no longer offer refunds for cancelled bookings, instead we will transfer your booking to another available session. If you cancel within the 12 hours prior to the class then a transfer will not be possible.

IMPORTANT MEMBERS NOTICE: You need to give 2 hours notice to cancel a booked class to give us the opportunity to re-allocate the space. Failure to give 2 hours notice will result in a £2 fine.

Choose Your Class Style!

Body Max

This class is for everyone, Body Max is a fast way to burn fat while building lean muscle. Body Max will put your heart rate into a zone, that enables your body to burn fat for up to 8 hours after the class. It is a total body workout using body weight and free weights.

Body Pump

Brings the gym to the studio with this fantastic group training workout. Body Pump is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Using a step, a bar and a set of weights, watch your body change and develop strength and confidence.

Boot Camp

Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout. In this class you will use a variety of training techniques with bars, kettlebells, ladders, to push the whole body to your limit!

Box

An energetic cardio workout using punch and knee strike combinations designed by Vi-Box! The best way to release tension and build fitness in a safe and fun environment!

Kettlebells

A fun and highly effective fat burning workout. Designed to shape and sculpt your body using a kettlebell. This class will increase stamina, strength and power. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Clubbercise

A Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness class involving routines using rave glow sticks! All set  to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits, taught in a darkened room with disco lights!

Pilates

A sequence of controlled, effective core based exercises using technique that corrects imbalances of your body posture. It incorporates slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso. A gentle but highly effective session for improving body posture, flexibility and preventing injury. 

Pilates 50+

A gentle but highly effective class for improving body posture, flexibility and preventing injury. Pilates can be extremely effective in correcting imbalances of your body posture by incorporating slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso.

Power: Bells

The ultimate conditioning and strength tool! – a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle – this class will help improve strength, power, balance, flexibility and coordination. You will be taken through a wide selection of moves such as swings, clean and press, squats and jerks.

PiYo

A high energy fusion of Pilates, Yoga and body conditioning. Set to fun and energetic music, this workout will define and tone your body, without any jumping or impact!

Spin

Pumping music, great people, a group atmosphere and some serious calorie burning…you’ll find all this and more.

We offer a variety of class types to keep your workout fresh and effective, but most importantly FUN! With the music spinning and your mind in the zone you’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget you’re working out. Feel the beat… Work your body.

Power: Step

An easy to follow, dynamic, functional  step class. This class will help improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase your strength and give you an amazing leg workout, all set to fun tunes.

Shredded

Totally Shredded is one of the first HIIT and combat workouts that is inspired by Drum n Bass and Funky House Music. This class is based around fun and creating a workout that shreds inches from your body.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A blend of movements with the breath combined with deeper ,longer held poses .The class is designed to bring a balance of strength and flexibility to the physical body whilst bringing attention to our breath, which helps to still the fluctuations of the mind. Perfect for all levels of fitness.

Yoga Balance

This form of yoga focuses on posture and breathing. Incorporating standing and seated poses which help promote muscle strength, flexibility, suppleness and relaxation.

My 20+ years experience has taken me on a journey not only across the country to Cheltenham but through a multitude of fitness disciplines and trainings.

In 2010 when the Zumba phenomenon hit the UK, the pacey Latin American music made me give it a go. I haven’t looked back since and neither have my clients as one by one my classes switched to Zumba. Continuing to closely follow industry research and ‘Fitness for Health’ it was HIIT that grabbed me next. HIIT STRONG doesn’t have the Latin vibe nor the shimmies, but boy it pushes your body’s limits to the max!

Beverley Wass Beverley Wass Yoga

Beverley began her yoga journey back in 2008 after seeking a calming influence from the stresses of London life. ‘I remember how inspired I felt in my very first class, how my body seemed to float so effortlessly to the rhythm of my breath, and the silent space that lay in between was profound. From that moment on I never looked back.’

Beverley teaches all level classes with a balance of mindful, strong, breath and alignment-based vinyasa flow.

I have been teaching group exercise classes since May 2015 although my passion for group fitness started a long time ago.

I believe fitness should be challenging but fun and of course be for everyone no matter if you are just starting your fitness journey or you are a professional class junkie.

Be prepared for classes full of energy, passion and fun, and you may also be a little bit surprised on what we can achieve together.

Claire Bolden McGill Claire Bolden McGill Piloxing

Claire fell in love with Piloxing whilst living in the USA where she was a writer and fitness instructor.

Since training in Piloxing in 2013, Claire has honed her craft and taught at some of the biggest U.S gyms.

Here in the UK, Claire is excited to share her love of Piloxing at the Fitness Studio.

Piloxing is a fusion of cardio and toning. It brings such joy and energy, and I love to see the sweat and smiles from people who enjoy it and feel the burn as much as I do.'

Joint Fitness Studio and Gravity Fitness Membership

Membership includes all classes* at The Fitness Studio, Stoke Orchard Community Centre and Gravity Fitness, Tewkesbury.

No fixed contract and no joining fees!
